James and I unearthed a scanned copy of a newspaper article from September 2010. He had been in Toronto since November 2009, and was finally listed for transplant on August 31, 2010. This article was published in a local newspaper in the following days. (We returned to Toronto to seek a second double lung transplant exactly two years later on August 31, 2012).
